About us
We are an experimental condensed matter physics group in the Department of Physics and the Materials Research Lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
We are primarily interested in using light-matter interaction at short (fs to ps) timescales to understand and alter the collective behavior of electrons in a variety of quantum materials.

May 2021: Sahaj won the 2021 Philip J. and Betty M. Anthony Undergraduate Summer Research Award and Andrea won the 2021 Ernest M. Lyman Prize Award. We are very proud of you, Andrea and Sahaj!
